1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using HiredReply AI ("the Service"), operated by HiredReply AI ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
HiredReply AI provides an AI-powered chatbot widget that businesses embed on their websites to capture leads, book appointments, and send automated follow-up communications. The Service includes a dashboard for managing leads, bookings, conversations, and business settings.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business entity you represent.
4. Subscription and Billing
The Service offers subscription plans billed monthly. All plans include a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, your selected payment method will be charged automatically each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive communications through the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use the Service to collect or store personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable data protection laws, including obtaining any necessary consents from visitors who interact with your chatbot.
7. SMS/Text Messaging Consent
By providing your phone number through the HiredReply AI chatbot widget, you consent to receive automated text messages (SMS) related to your inquiry, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications from the business you contacted.
- Opt-In: Consent is given when a website visitor voluntarily provides their phone number during a chat conversation with a business using HiredReply AI. Providing your phone number constitutes your express written consent to receive SMS messages.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per interaction, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message for support information, or contact us at support@hiredreply.com.
- Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
- Carriers: Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most major US carriers. Service may not be available on all carriers.
- No Purchase Required: Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by HiredReply AI and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes. You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service, including your knowledge base content and business information.
9. AI-Generated Content
The chatbot uses artificial intelligence to generate responses based on the information you provide. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI-generated responses will be error-free. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of information in your knowledge base. We are not liable for any damages resulting from AI-generated responses.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiredReply AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
